Romans 5:8
hellos!i got bored even though i barely typed one line of my report. Just wanted to share a one liner I learnt from camp
"what you do does not determine who you are. What Christ has done for you determines who you are. You are not defined by your sin." which translates from 'Sarah the meanie' to 'Sarah, child of God who has a problem in being nice.'
it struck me finally, what this verse means "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" Romans 5:8
- God loved us while we were still sinners.
- Christ died for all our sins. Sins of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
maybe you knew that already. I thought i did, but it obviously didn't sink in.
